Of course, where I want to open up my office is the most expensive part of the city and I do not know if there is any other way around this. I have looked at other places to rent office space los angeles and they are just what I want but of course the prices are exactly what I need. What is a reasonable price to ask for the location that I want. I even know that some of the tenants in the building that I am looking at are rent controlled and are not paying nearly what they are asking me for.
